Customers are requested to arrive on time. Late arrival may result in reduced service time or rescheduling depending on salon availability.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact the salon as early as possible. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future online booking availability.
